We offer three fixed-fee packages, depending on where you are in your project.

If you have just received quotes and you want a second opinion before you sign anything, start with Package 1: Quote and Contract Check. We compare up to three builder quotes side by side, flag the gaps and provisional sums, mark up the contract, and walk you through the findings on a follow-up call.

If you have already signed and the build is underway, Package 2: Build Watch puts professional eyes on the project. We attend site fortnightly, review progress claims and variations before you pay them, and report directly to you.

If you are at the very start, before you have even chosen an architect, Package 3: Project Partner runs the project on your behalf from concept through to handover. One trusted advisor, working only for you.
